Joining the Dubai property boom

The Dubai property market is thriving, with a vast range of new homes and businesses for the consumer to choose from. There are so many newly built developments thanks to the construction boom, with a large number of them incorporating energy-saving technology.

The official language of the United Arab Emirates, of which Dubai is a part, is Arabic. However, English is widely spoken, making the region particularly attractive to those from the British Isles. The warm climate, low crime rate and strong economy also help, of course.
